Dr. Minhaj Mahmud, Senior Research Fellow, BIDS attended the “ADB-ADBI-the University of Tokyo Conference on Behavioral Economics for Development Policy," held on 30 March, 2018 at the Asian Development Bank Institute, Tokyo, Japan. Dr. Mahmud chaired a session on "Agriculture, Land and Human Capital" in the conference. The visit was sponsored by the University of Tokyo.
