Dr. Monzur Hossain, Senior Research Fellow attended a two-day event

Dr. Monzur Hossain, Senior Research Fellow attended a two-day event “Evaluation Training Program for Government Officials and Learning Event: Caught in a Trap? Asia and the Pacific’s Middle-Income Countries at a Crossroads” held in Bangkok from 20 to 21 June 2017 organized by the Independent Evaluation Department of ADB at Bangkok, Thailand. Dr. Hossain participated as Panelist in the training on evaluation and discussed the challenges and opportunities in evaluating the impact of development projects in Bangladesh. Other panelists were from Malaysia, Korea and Philippines. The event also created opportunities to share views and experiences on various aspects of middle income trap and remedies among the participants and panelists.
