Dr. Monzur Hossain, Senior Research Fellow, BIDS, attended the “7th Seminar on Asia and Pacific Economics” in Suzhou, China, 30 May-2 June, 2019. Dr. Hossain was invited  by Xian Jiaotong-Liverpool University of China and presented his paper titled " Optimal SME Financing Strategies under Borrowing Constraints: Evidence from a Special Credit Program in Bangladesh" in the conference. The visit was funded by Asian Development Bank Institute, Japan.
