Dr. Azreen Karim, Research Fellow, BIDS, attended the conference on "Extreme Events: Building Climate Resilient Societies” in Germany from 8-11 October, 2019. The visit was funded by the Max Plank Institute for Biogeochemistry and Volkswagen Foundation.
