Dr. Anwara Begum, Senior Research Fellow, BIDS attended the “2017 Asian Evaluation Week” held in Hangzhou, China from 4th to 8th September 2017. The event was organized by premier training institute of Ministry of Finance of the PRC, the Asia-Pacific Finance and Development Institute (AFDI) and the Asian Development Bank (ADB). Dr. Anwara participated as a panelist in the Asian Plenary Session on Gender. Her visit was funded by ADB.
