Dr. Minhaj Mahmud, Senior Research Fellow, BIDS attended “International Forum on China’s Reform and Opening-Up and Poverty Reduction” November 1-2 in Beijing, China. Dr. Mahmud was a panelist in the session “Poverty Reduction in the New Era”. The conference was organized by National Institute for Global Strategy in China and the visit was sponsored by China Development Bank.
