Dr. Muhammed Muqtada, former director of policy planning in the employment sector, International Labour Organization (ILO), Geneva visited BIDS on 27th December, 2015 at 11:00am and shared his insights on current labour and employment issues facing Bangladesh. This prompted a lively and extremely productive discussion with the young researchers of BIDS. The discussion session ended with an interactive QnA where Dr. M. Muqtada responded to the different questions from the researchers. Dr. K. A. S. Murshid the Director General and many of the senior researchers of BIDS also participated in the discussion.
