Dr. K.A.S Murshid, Director General, BIDS attended "GReCEST Annual Conference 2019" in China

Dr. K.A.S Murshid, Director General, BIDS attended “GReCEST Annual Conference 2019” on 7-8 November, 2019 in Beijing, China. The conference focused on critical development issues facing the world regarding economic structural transformation. Dr. Murshid gave his presentation at the panel discussion titled “Development Financing”. He was also one of the discussants at the panel discussion on “Relocate or Automatic? How Chinese Manufacturing Firms Respond to Rising Labour Costs” and “Special Economic Zones”. The Visit was sponsored by GReCest and the Ford Foundation.
