A round table discussion on “Look East Policy: Bangladesh Perspectives” was held at BIDS conference room on December 1, 2014 (Monday) at 11.30 AM, in collaboration with JETRO. Professor Rehman Sobhan, Chairman, Centre for Policy dialogue chaired the session. Professor Fukunari Kimra, Chief Economist, Economic Research Institute for ASEAN and East Asia, Ambassador Munshi Faiz Ahmad, Chairman, Bangladesh Institute of International and Strategic Studies, Dr. Ahsan H Mansur, Executive Director, Policy Research Institute, and Dr. Mohammad Yunus, Senior Research Fellow, Bangladesh Institute of Development Studies (BIDS) participated in the discussion.
