Celebration of Bangla New Year 1424

Bangla New Year 1424 was celebrated with fun and fervor on 16th April, 2017 at the BIDS premise. The staffs of BIDS organized a potluck type event with a cultural program. The event became joyous and colorful with traditional attire, traditional dishes like ‘muri-murki’, sweets, green mango juice, pitha-puli, zilapi etc. and music and poem recitation. Dr. KAS Murshid, DG of BIDS, congratulated the staffs for successfully arranging this New Year celebration event and wished them good health and success in the upcoming days.
