Bangabandhuke Kache Theke Dekha: Remembrance by His Contemporaries'' (Part II)

Bangladesh Institute of Development Studies (BIDS) organized a commemorative event on Bangabandhu titled "Bangabandhuke Kache Theke Dekha: Remembrance by His Contemporaries'' (Part II) on 17 August 2022. This event was held in hybrid format in the BIDS Conference room.

The distinguished speakers of this event included Dr. Mashiur Rahman, the Economic Affairs Adviser to the Honorable Prime Minister, Government of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh, Mr. Monwarul Islam, Former Joint Secretary (1972-1975), Government of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh, Mr. Mahbub Uddin Ahmed, Former Superintendent of Police, Dhaka (1973-1975), Dr. Nasreen Ahmad, Former Pro-Vice Chancellor, Dhaka University, and Lt. Col (Retd.) Quazi Sajjad Ali Zahir, Liberation War-Based Writer and Researcher. Dr. Binayak Sen, the Director General of Bangladesh Institute of Development Studies (BIDS) chaired the event.
