Evaluation Study of Second Small Scale Water Resources Development Sector Project

    The broad purpose of the LGED implemented subprojects under Second Small Scale Water Resources Development Sector Project (SSWRDSP-2) was to improve water management, flood management, drainage improvement, water conservation and command area development, benefiting a net area of up to 1,000 hectares in each subproject with a view to increasing production in agriculture and fishery, and generating more income and employment, thereby contributing to the overall reduction in poverty.
